Katerina is the Founder and Managing Director of Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT). Her primary focus is on the proactive identification, assessment, and selection of C-suite leaders, directors, and senior managers, primarily for international corporations and entrepreneurial organisations. In addition, she leads business development activities in Greece and across borders, ensuring that clients receive a high level of attention, accessibility, and strategic advice.

Katerina also motivates and coaches C-level executives, senior directors, and managers through career transition projects, supporting them in taking the next step in their careers, either within or outside their organisations. Furthermore, she designs and leads corporate assessment projects for teams and individuals for selected clients. She also supports C-level executives through the newly established Personal Career Advisory & Coaching Services, helping them define and design the next phase of their careers.

In addition, Katerina is the elected President of Kestria, the world’s largest executive search alliance, currently operating in 90+ cities. In this role, she provides leadership to maintain unity of purpose among Kestria’s diverse member firms and offers a comprehensive perspective in overseeing the affairs of the organisation. Moreover, she is accountable for the expansion of the Kestria Alliance, cross-border development, and the design and implementation of the worldwide strategy, while also managing the Global Office team. From 2023 to 2025, Katerina led the Global Consumer and Retail Practice Group, where she was accountable for all Consumer and Retail accounts globally and for leading a worldwide team of more than 20 professionals.

Previously, Katerina held senior managerial roles in Human Resources within leading international organisations, including The Coca-Cola Company and bp. She holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK, and a BSc in Statistics from the University of Piraeus, Department of Economics and Business. Earlier in her career, she was a professional volleyball player and a member of the Greek National Volleyball Team. She is fluent in English and French.
