Ioannis Marketos, founder of MRK Consulting (www.mrk.gr / mrk-consulting.com) in 2017, has been a trailblazer in Greece, focusing on the prevention and management of workplace violence, harassment (mobbing), and psychosocial risks. His company is dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, equality, and ESG sustainability.
Ioannis Marketos holds a BA in Economics at West Attika University, BA Marketing at Bedfordshire University an MBA in International Business at Bedfordshire University, and a postgraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology Aegean University. With over two decades of experience as a senior consultant for multinational and Greek companies, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his field. He is also a lecturer at the Democritus University of Thrace at MSc in Quality, Safety, Security and Environmental Management.He contributes articles to major online media, and participates in conferences as a keynote speaker.
He joined the team of MEIHUNT as an Associate Partner in June 2025 with a focus on harassment and violence consulting in the workplace and female leadership development with the new launch KAIZEN Women in Leadership.
