Primarily, Katerina is the Founder and Managing Director of Kestria Greece (MEIHUNT). Katerina’s principal activity is focused on proactive identification, assessment and selection of C-Suite talented Leaders, Directors and Managers on behalf of her clients that are mainly International Corporations and Entrepreneurs. In addition, she is leading the business development in Greece and across the borders, ensuring that all clients are getting the best attention, accessibility and advice. Katerina is also motivating and coaching C-Level and Senior Directors and Managers to career transition projects, supporting them to the next step in their careers in and/or out of their organizations. In addition, she is leading and designing corporate assessment for teams or individuals for selected clients. Finally, Katerina is supporting C-Level Executives through the newly established Personal Career Advisory & Coaching Services to design the next step in their career.
In addition, Katerina is the elected President of Kestria, the world largest Executive Search Alliance, operating in 90+ Cities today. Under this role, she provides leadership in maintaining unity of purpose among the diverse parties within Kestria and provides a comprehensive view in overseeing the affairs of the organization. Moreover, Katerina is accountable for the expansion or the Kestria Alliance, the Cross Border development and the design and implementation of the world-wide strategy, managing also the Global Office Team. Furthermore, since October 2023, Katerina was appointed Global Practice Group Leader for the Consumer Group Practice. Under this role she is accountable for all accounts globally that refer to Consumer and Retail group and a team of 20+ people world- wide.
Previously Katerina has worked in Managerial Human Resources positions in sound international organizations as The Coca-Cola Company, and for British Petroleum (bp). She holds an MBA from Cardiff University of Wales, UK and a BSc. in Statistics from Piraeus University of Economics and Business. Finally, she was a professional Volleyball player and a member of the National Volleyball Team of Greece. She is fluent in English and French.
