Margie was promoted to Operations Manager in December 2023. She manages the company’s executive search organizational processes, procedures and operations to ensure productivity and quality. She is responsible for all the operational activities in Greece, the recruiting and hiring process, and is accountable for improving productivity and efficiency to ensure our high quality standards. In addition, she is communicates with all sourced candidates to attract them and is in close cooperation with key stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects, for identifying potential problems and points of improvement and finding solutions to maximize results.
Furthermore, Margie is in charge of the facilities management of the Company, and the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Margie joined Kestria Greece MEIHUNT on December 2021 as Office Manager and she has managed to organize and establish routines and processes that have facilitated the flow of the organization in due time. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in Retail, meaning store management, commercial acumen, sales, marketing, operations and communications from a solid environment with continuous positions of increasing responsibilities. She holds a business degree in economics and management, and is fluent in English.
