Sofia-Afroditi was promoted to Principal Director in December 2023. She is part of the leadership team and she is leading all Company’s projects in Executive Search in Greece, the research strategies behind them and the supervision and presentation of the projects. She oversees all the activities and identifies areas of improvement . In addition, she represents the Company in external communications, media and corporate affairs. Sofia-Afroditi is an expert in identifying, approaching, assessing and selecting corporate talents through targeted selection interviews. She also focuses in proactive hunting projects, having an extensive portfolio in Executive Mappings of various positions across industries. In addition, Sofia-Afroditi is involved in Personal Career Advisory & Coaching Services, an innovative service that supports Executives to move their career to the next level, especially during times of change.
With regard to Kestria, Sofia- Afroditi is representing Greece as a member of the global Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group. In this Global Practice Group she assists in the development of cross border client accounts in the sector and cooperates with other member firms that have similar client portfolios and are following recent market trends.
Previously, she was the Talent Lead Director of the company since 2021 and before that since 2019, Sofia-Afroditi was Senior PR & HR Consultant. Before entering joining the Company, she held various Managerial Corporate Communications & Strategy positions in sound Companies, Organizations and Authorities in Greece.
Sofia-Afroditi holds a Master’s Degree (MA) in Psychology and Media from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences with Specialization in the Psychology of Communication and a Bachelor’ s Degree (BA) in Communication & Mass Media from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA). She is fluent in English and German and speaks also Spanish.
