2024 Kestria Global Conference in Montreal | MEIHUNT Corporate Talent Management

This year’s conference theme was ‘Kestria 2025: Spreading Our Wings: Maximizing Impact,’ emphasizing the alliance’s commitment to strategic growth and navigating the evolving global landscape. Attendees engaged in a variety of sessions and workshops, focusing on cross-border opportunities, leadership development and innovative business practices amidst economic and technological shifts.

A C-Suite panel moderated by Paula Shannon, Chief Evangelist at Lilt, discussed borderless business opportunities and growth strategies. The conference highlighted insights from industry leaders such as Frank Sullivan (BrainBox AI), Guillaume Laverdure (Medicom), Saloua Benkhoauya (Fonds de solidarité FTQ), Samira Sakhia (Knight Therapeutics Inc.), and Steve Felder (Past-CEO, ZIM).

On the last day of the conference, Stephan Maighan, an esteemed executive coach and author, delivered a compelling keynote speech. Stephan shared valuable insights on cultivating leadership and talent in executive search. His keynote underscored the importance of resilience, innovation, and a zero-excuse attitude in achieving personal and professional success.
